Yosemite National Park

Yosemite National Park is truly a majestic region of the High Sierra. The park is nearly 1,200 square miles of breathtaking views, tranquil landscapes, jaw dropping adventure and an incomparable experience to anywhere else on the planet.

Yosemite was first protected in the early 1860’s and has undergone some transformations to make the park more accessible like adding the Wawona Tunnel. The park is open 365 days a year and each season brings unparalleled beauty.

There are a few main highways that lead into the National Park. Additionally, there are various fees and permits required for entering, hiking and camping in Yosemite. For more information click here.
