Gold Rush Towns

During the Gold Rush, mining camps exploded all over California. Some of these camps morphed into flourishing towns filled with history and prominence. However, over time, most of the camps and towns faded into history. There are some towns that still exist today and there are remnants of others that serve as a historical reminder.
